Relatively fresh to the Concert Photography scene, Mark has been quick to make up for lost time. Covering some major acts in his short career, whilst staying true to his roots in the Perth local music scene.
His love for photography came as a child when his grandfather would show him slides of his travels around the world. From those images he has always viewed photography as way of storytelling.
Mark started shooting concerts when a friend asked him to photograph his band. Since that day 5 years ago his passion for combining music and photography has evolved.
A self taught photographer who is continually looking for ways to learn and grow, he has spent the last few years studying and building on his photography and editing skillset. Mark is also a guitarist who works under the photo alias of Six Strings Photography.
His ethos has always been “It’s all about the music and the artist!”
